Does the passenger require a physical card? Passengers can down load their pass to the Bakers Dolphin Passenger App or use their Apple or Google Wallet.
Please note that it is not necessary for students to have a physical bus pass. They will be provided with a digital pass that can be accessed via the Bakers Dolphin app and/or downloaded to a digital wallet (Apple or Google). If, for any reason, their mobile phone is lost, stolen, malfunctions or is out of battery, drivers can manually verify authority to travel and log passengers directly.
If you still require a physical bus pass please be aware that there is a one off charge of £10.00 per pass when booked and a replacement charge of £15.00 per pass if subsequently lost or broken.
